Shazil Pakistan Private Limited started recycling post-consumer PET Bottles in 1998 and is one of the largest producers of high quality hot washed PET Bottle Flakes from Karachi, Pakistan. Current capacity exceeds 5,000 Metric Tons/Month and products are exported worldwide to UK, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, Taiwan, and etc. We hold the coveted Global Recycled Standards and are approved by Environmental Protection Agency of Sindh. SPL operates out of a 8 acre facility located in the port city of Karachi and can offer prompt delivery to customers around the world on FOB, CNF, & DDP basis in short lead times. We are a zero waste company and recycle all by-products of our manufacturing process including, PP Caps/Rings, HDPE handles, PVC sheets/films, and OPP films which are further sold to authorized companies. We also offer custom extrusion facility to convert PP/PE/HDPE caps/regrinds into pellets.
